If an item that you have bought has now been reduced in price, then sadly we are unable to refund the difference (unless explicitly stated otherwise).

As an online business, our prices change in accordance with trends, customer demand, and stock availability.

You can of course return the item for a full refund and then re-order the item at its markdown price.

Please note, items cannot be reserved for customer orders. We would recommend purchasing the item at the reduced price first and then returning your original order.
