We ship all our orders tracked, and they will sometimes require a signature. If you are not home when your order is delivered, the package will be taken to your local delivery office and a collection card will be left at your address.

You can then either collect your package from the local delivery office or potentially arrange for it to be re-delivered depending on the service.
