We usually aim to have returns processed within 3-5 working days from when they have been received at our warehouse. During sales or holiday periods, these times can be slightly longer than normal.
We do not send notifications once a parcel has arrived back at our warehouse, but once your parcel has been processed by our returns team you will receive an email to confirm that your refund has been issued.
