Below is a list of order statuses’ and what they mean:
My order is Processing
Processing means that we have received your order, and our dispatch team is preparing it for shipment.
My order is On Hold
On Hold means that there has been a delay with shipping your order. Learn more about On Hold orders here.
My order is Completed
Completed means that we have packed and dispatched your order.
My order is Refunded
Refunded means that your refund has been issued and that funds have been returned to the original payment method (can take 3-5 business days to appear in your account).
My order is Failed
Failed means that payment was not completed. Orders were payment failed cannot be dispatched.
